- Jumpstart: In The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, read pages 32-45. Describe an adult who has really pushed you to do more with your life.
- Finish reviewing class syllabus, pass out parent letter and Acceptable Computer Use forms. All signatures are due Thursday, August 21.

- Label dividers in the order listed on the syllabus.
